Rotary valves are used to collect bulk and dusty materials from silos, filters etc. Additionally, they serve as the tight seals of a tank.
The material is dosed by the revolution of a cell rotor which feeds the product maintaining the tight seal of the tank. The body of the valve and rotor are produced in a welded version.

The rotary valve is chosen on the basis of the following data:

• type and properties of the transported material (such as granulation, bulk density, grindability, moisture etc.),
• required throughput,
• the parameters of the tank from which the batcher will be feeding the material (e.g. the dimensions of the connecting flange, capacity, pressure value in the tank – if applicable),
• specific conditions in the environment, e.g. high temperature or dusting
