Belt conveyor (TPT) STATIONARY
Belt conveyors of medium and heavy duty group. The design of this type of conveyors consist of trestles, supports and stiff roller sets.
Conveyors of this type are used for transportation of heavy materials over long distances and feature higher throughput compared to light conveyors.
Transportation is usually horizontal or at small slopes that fit the shape of the terrain.
These conveyors are mounted permanently by anchoring to beams or foundations. The belts used are exclusively of rubber featuring high tensile strengths, predominantly in double or triple roller arrangements.
Additional equipment includes rakes, scrapers, arc shields, sides along the entire length of the conveyor, self-guiding assemblies, material pile up sensors, belt run-off sensors, rope pull switches, and the like.
ADVANTAGES:
• long-distance transport
• higher throughput compared to light conveyors
• conveyor route adapted to the the terrain
• conveyor can be charged along the entire length of its route
(loading locations to be determined at the stage of order approval).
