Roller crushers produced by TransProject are primarily intended for milling and disintegrating materials of medium and small hardness such as e.g. coal, slag etc. The surfaces of rollers rotating in opposite directions are, depending on the disintegrated material, plain or toothed. They are driven by two independent motor reducers.

We use two types of two roller overload protections and drives:

• overload coupling,
• spring system on one of the rollers.
Features a charging hopper and construction with a fixed discharge. At customer‛s request, a charging hopper may be lined with non-abrasive sheets inside.

ADVANTAGES:

• high degree of disintegration,
• a screwed construction for easier servicing.
