A roller turntable makes it possible to change the direction in which the load is transported by up to 180 C with the use of a revolution mechanism on which a roller conveyor is placed. The conveyor may additionally feature a drive. They are produced in steel and rustless versions.
Turntables are used in automated process lines eliminating the necessity of using several conveyors to change the direction of load.
They are primarily used in production and sorting plants, and in warehouses for transporting e.g. pallets.
